We are seeking a highly skilled professional to assist our organization in developing comprehensive workflows integrating Microsoft Teams with PowerBI. The ideal candidate will have in-depth experience with SharePoint, PowerBI, Power Automate, and Microsoft Teams.
Key Responsibilities:
1.) Data Management and Visualization:
– Develop a system to collect data from Microsoft Teams and display it on a specific channel.
– Automate the transfer of this data to a Power BI dashboard, which will update in real-time to show relevant graphs and tables.
2.) SOP Management and Compliance Tracking:
– Implement a process to post new Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) documents and training videos on Teams.
– Create an acknowledgment system to ensure all staff are informed of new SOPs, with automated notifications for those who have not acknowledged the information within a pre-set timeframe.
Requirements:
– Proven expertise in Microsoft SharePoint, PowerBI, Power Automate, and Microsoft Teams.
– Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
– Ability to design and implement complex workflows.
– Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills.
