Our website is built on Ruby on Rails and the front end is Angular.

We need a page speed optimization specialist who can review our product pages.  We consistently keep having challenges solving page speed.  Common errors are:

1) Page speed load time can take up to 15 seconds sometimes, sometimes its fast, sometimes its slow.
2) We get have a location IP checker to show delivery time, when it calls that, sometimes that goes slow
3)  We sometimes have a redirection from our product page back to home page
4) Sometimes we get an http error

We need somebody who has experience with ruby on rails, front ends, and can really thoroughly monitor our page speed analytics, suggest improvements to work with our dev ops team, and also implement alerts to NOTICE WHEN website is slowing down.

You will be responsible for reporting, clearly communicating with dev ops team, and checking things in MOBILE, DESKTOP, TABLET

and ensuring page speed is optimized.
