We are looking for a programmer who can build a windows program that parses a CSV file and converts it into a particular TXT format. The TXT format guidelines will be provided separately. The guideline document requires precise positioning of data, according to bank requirements.

The validation of the converted format can only be validated by the bank institution, which may require multiple iterations.

The requirement is to develop a program that can run on Windows machines, and allows the user to pick the csv file (file dialog) and outputs a saved TXT file in the aforementioned format.

Attached is the bank requirement (Client Manual), a sample EFT file and a PAP-EFT packet definition for your review.
