We’re a software development company working within the live events and festival industries. We’re based internationally, working from home in various countries. Over the years, we have designed a very comprehensive management platform, the system is designed with css/html/jQuery(ui).

Each page currently has its own CSS styling, either embedded in the page or in a global style sheet. We’re looking at moving this over to a more theme-based framework like Bootstrap by incorporating CSS/HTML5 into the pages.

We’re not looking to change the backend at all, but convert existing pages into a newer, more uniformed design with Bootstrap/Kendo/. Many pages have a similar layout, table/forms/buttons/options. This is a longer-term project as there are currently 1200 pages on the site, only 20-30% of these are used regularly and would be the initial pages we’d convert over to a new design.

No jQuery should be changed (e.g. existing id tags, form field names, existing scripts in the page).

This is a long-term project and may be ongoing.

Requirements

1. CSS/HTML5 experience
2. To be able to work proactively without too much hand holding, although initially the first few pages may need more supervision until a general style has been agreed.
3. Bootstrap Forms or alternative
4. Be able to use slack/zoom for communication
5. Good communication in English to understand requirements
6. Have 20-30 hours a week available for this project.

We’re looking to start beginning of February so will be deciding quickly.

Hourly Range: $15.00-$20.00
