I’m building a collaboration tool, somewhat along the lines of Workflowy, Roam and Obsidian.

Tech stack:
– Backend: Scala, Akka actors and streams, Docker Compose and Redis. The docker images aren’t yet built by Nix, but I want them to be.
– Frontend: ScalaJS, Slinky (React), Vite, and Tailwind
– There’s a websocket connecting the two

I’d love to find someone who can help me with most of this stack, especially with Akka on the server side and ScalaJS/Slinky on the client. Failing that, I’d like to find someone with good coverage on the server and someone else with good coverage on the client.

At least at first, I expect to agree on a deliverable and a price. The deliverable will take the form of a pull request. If the pull request meets the spec then I’ll pay you. If I also like your style, I’ll keep working with you. 🙂 Ideally this will grow into a deeper working relationship.

Hourly Range: $16.00-$75.00
