Seeking a developer to help add donation functionality to our Square Point-of-Sale system.

Our non-profit operates a small Tasting Room on our campus and are looking for a solution that will replace Square’s customer-facing "Leave a Tip" screen with a customer-facing "Leave a Donation" page at some point during the check-out process. We would like the customer to be able to select an amount (or opt to leave no donation) by selecting an option on the touch screen (rather than our staff having to ask them if they’d like to donate) and having that amount added to their total order. We would like the donation to be added to their current transaction to make the experience as seamless as possible, so they only have to runt heir card one time.

We are looking for someone who has experience working with Square API and developing integrations for the POS platform. Work will be largely independent and, ideally, completed by May 31, 2024 when we re-open our campus for the summer.

Hourly Range: $25.00-$45.00
