Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Einstein Chatbot developer to integrate a sophisticated chatbot into our real estate website, www.losanihomes.com. The chatbot’s primary role will be to assist visitors by providing answers to general questions about our products and sales process.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and integrate a Salesforce Einstein Chatbot into our existing website.
Program the chatbot to handle general inquiries related to real estate products, services, and sales procedures.
Ensure the chatbot provides accurate, helpful information and redirects to relevant website sections or resources.
Customize the chatbot’s responses and interaction flow to align with our brand tone and customer service standards.
Implement analytics to track chatbot performance and user interactions, making adjustments as needed for continuous improvement.

Skills and Expertise:
Proven experience in developing and implementing Salesforce Einstein Chatbots.
Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, and natural language processing as they relate to chatbot functionality.
Experience in real estate or similar industries is a plus.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
