I need a back end of a flutter app made , you will be working with a Ukraine front end dev team. The app needs to support all the data that the front end team gathers which include
– AI to learn about our users behaviours and predict patterns
– Sign up info
– Car reg
– Google location
– Google API location
– Administration ability – removing accounts, seeing log-in locations, password resets ETC
– Power Bi visualisation ( or something of that nature)
– Notification management
– Payment gateway notifications
– Apple/Google Pay.
– AWS – Server and production environment creation  

THIS DOES INCLUDE, SCREEN SCRAPING AND PUPPETEERING

There is some thinking I would have missed but I am looking for a long term partner but this is stage 1. I need you to think and demonstrate on any gaps I may have.
