Validate the technical feasibility and co-design campaign ideas with the Business and Project teams
Design modern technical architectures to implement the solution
Java frameworks (Eg. Spring, Struts, Hibernate), as well as front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
Develop technical documentation of the solution (FSD, Deployment documentation, etc)
Work with service-oriented architecture (SOA) technologies.
Manage the technical environment of the solution (E.g. infrastructure, Hosting Environments)
Confirm and manage source code control guidelines for the agency
Work with various teams to configure management systems via its management interfaces (E.g. EDM, Ad Platforms, CMS, etc)
Champion the quality of the solution by leading and performing quality assurance duties
Champion VMLY&R’s reputation and credibility in the client organization
Other duties as the Company may reasonably specify from time to time.

Expected Skills and Experience:

Strong 8+ years of experience in modern Web/Mobile development techniques, including:
Java Content Repository (API) suite, Sling web framework and Apache Felix OSGi framework.
Database design, management and manipulation
Development on SOA Frameworks (SOAP, Restful)
Unit Testing and the use of code coverage metrics
Build management using Ant or Maven2
Experience with in Front-End technologies (HTML/JS/CSS)
Familiarity with source code control systems (E.g. SVN, GIT)
Familiarity with task tracking systems (E.g. Jira, Redmine)
Good understanding of quality processes and standards
Good communication skills including ability to influence and communicate to internal teams.

Hourly Range: $15.00-$18.00
