The Role:
As our WordPress Developer, you will play a critical role in shaping the functionality and user experience of our websites, as well as those of our clients. You will be responsible for updating existing code, creating custom plugins, and adding unique custom options that elevate our digital presence.

Key Responsibilities:
Code Updates: Regularly update and maintain the existing WordPress codebase for optimal performance and security.
Custom Plugin Development: Design and implement custom plugins from scratch, tailored to specific functionalities and client needs.
Customization: Integrate custom options and features into WordPress themes and plugins to enhance website capabilities.
Troubleshooting: Identify, diagnose, and fix website issues related to PHP, MySQL, and WordPress.
Collaboration: Work closely with our design and development teams to ensure project requirements are met and exceeded.

Requirements:
Proven Experience: At least 3 years of hands-on experience in WordPress development, including themes and plugins.
Strong Programming Skills: Proficient in PHP, MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/jQuery.
Plugin Proficiency: Extensive experience in developing WordPress plugins and understanding of WordPress core software and its functions.
Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work through complex challenges.
Communication: Strong communication skills, with the ability to work as part of a team and interact with clients when needed.
Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
