We are seeking a skilled Full Stack React/React Native Developer to join our team and contribute to building out features on the Tempo app. As part of our dynamic development team, you will collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to implement new features, enhance existing functionalities, and ensure seamless integration across web and mobile platforms.

Responsibilities:
•Develop and maintain front-end and back-end components using React and React Native.
•Implement new features and functionalities according to project requirements.
•Optimize application performance and ensure responsiveness across various devices and screen sizes.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
•Conduct code reviews, identify areas for improvement, and implement best practices.
•Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure smooth operation of the app.
•Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve development processes and practices.
Requirements:

Proficiency in React and React Native development.
Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related web technologies.
Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party libraries.
Familiarity with state management tools such as Redux or Context API.
•Knowledge of mobile app development best practices and design patterns.
•Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
•Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
•Effective communication skills and a proactive attitude towards learning and self-improvement.

Hourly Range: $25.00
