Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced e-commerce professional to lead the development of our new user-friendly and interactive e-commerce platform. The ideal candidate should have a background in building e-commerce platforms and managing inventory control systems, with experience in connecting vendors such as Dell, Ingram Micro, and other computer peripheral hardware suppliers. While a background in technology or computers is not mandatory, experience in e-commerce site builds, inventory control, payment plans, and shipping logistics is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with the team to design and develop a cutting-edge e-commerce platform tailored to the medical sector.
2. Implement effective inventory control systems and connect with vendors to manage computer peripheral hardware inventory.
3. Integrate payment gateways and ensure seamless transactions for both products and services.
4. Develop shipping logistics and optimize delivery processes.
5. Create visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces to enhance the shopping experience.
6. Manage product listings, inventory, and pricing updates.
7. Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the e-commerce platform.
8. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in e-commerce and web development.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in e-commerce platform development and management.
2. Familiarity with inventory control systems and experience connecting with vendors such as Dell, Ingram Micro, etc.
3. Proficiency in web development languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
4. Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento.
5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
6. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
7. Prior experience in building e-commerce platforms for diverse industries is a plus.

Hourly Range: $20.00-$40.00
