We are looking for a skilled professional in the US timezone who has experience in transforming Microsoft Access databases into fully functional ecommerce web applications. The ecommerce solution needs to keep parity with a local Microsoft Access db (primary) to update pricing, variants, and shipping. The is an average of 220 products with 600+ variants on some products; happy to use off the shelf solution where possible. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of database design, web development, and ecommerce functionalities. This project involves migrating and redeveloping an existing Microsoft Access database into a web-based platform that seamlessly integrates ecommerce features. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring data integrity, developing secure payment gateways, and enhancing user experience. The successful applicant will have excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
