adminWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior C# Developer with deep expertise in Microsoft SQL, writing stored procedures, database design, tuning and performance, data migration, and ETL. The ideal candidate will also have experience with Azure SQL and Azure Data Factory, as well as Azure Cognitive Search. In addition, experience with Kafka, Elastic, Debezium, and CDC is a huge plus. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining complex applications that interact with SQL databases, implementing ETL pipelines on Azure, and leveraging Azure Cognitive Search to enhance search capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop C# applications that interact with SQL databases, including writing complex stored procedures, triggers, and user-defined functions
Optimize SQL queries and database design for performance and scalability, ensuring data integrity and consistency
Implement ETL pipelines using Azure Data Factory, ensuring reliable and efficient data integration between on-premises and cloud systems
Design and develop data migration solutions, including schema and data transformations, using SQL and ETL tools
Leverage Azure AI "Cognitive" Search to enhance search capabilities, including search relevance tuning and indexing optimizations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that solutions meet business requirements and technical standards
Keep up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the field, and share knowledge with the team
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
5+ years of experience in C# development, with deep expertise in Microsoft SQL, database design, tuning and performance, data migration, and ETL
Strong experience with Azure SQL and Azure Data Factory
Experience with Azure AI Cognitive Search required
Experience with Kafka, Elastic, Debezium, and CDC is a plus
Experience with AI/LLM/OpenAI is a plus
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Hourly Range: $31.00-$55.00
