We are looking for an experienced Backend Engineer who can complement our team in a full time remote role. Our product is a social media platform. It’s a fun and enjoyable role.

What you’ll do:

— Build and maintain backend services in Python using FastAPI and AsyncIO.
— Work with PostgreSQL in Python using SQL Alchemy and Pydantic.

About you:

— Have 5+ years of experience in building good backend systems.
— Take pride in building well-architected, performant systems.
— Willing to work directly with our Engineering team.
— Solid English communication skills.
— Have experience with Python, AsyncIO, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, SQLAlchemy, Pydantic, Celery, Docker.

Hourly Range: $30.00-$50.00
