Your Role:

Our courses are designed for self-study, which allows learners to progress independently while they receive expert guidance through a learning forum.

As a technical support member, you will assist our learners by addressing their inquiries, which enables them to successfully complete their training.

Our Expectations:

We seek a dedicated individual passionate about education and sharing of knowledge. You should have the enthusiasm for introducing new topics to others, coupled with patience and empathy.

Proficiency in German (B1 or B2 level) is essential for effective communication with learners.
Your work schedule will be from 9:00 to 16:30 (UTC+1), with the number of workdays per week to be agreed upon.

A strong inclination towards digital tools is crucial for this role.
