We are committed to continuous improvement and are seeking a talented Feature Enhancement Specialist to join our team.

As a SaaS Platform Feature Enhancement Specialist, you will play a crucial role in taking our platform to the next level.
You will work closely with our development team and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement, conceptualize new features, and refine existing functionalities to enhance user satisfaction and competitive edge.

Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify new trends and technologies that can be leveraged to enhance our platform’s features.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, UX/UI design, and development, to define feature requirements and ensure seamless implementation.
Design and prototype new features, taking into consideration user feedback and usability best practices.
Oversee the development lifecycle of feature enhancements, from conception to deployment, including testing and debugging.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of new features, making adjustments as necessary to ensure they meet our high standards of quality and user experience.
Act as a bridge between the technical team and non-technical stakeholders, effectively communicating feature developments and gathering input to inform future enhancements.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience in software development or product management, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful feature enhancements.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Strong knowledge of SaaS platforms and cloud technologies.
Experience with agile development methodologies and user-centered design principles.
Outstanding communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic, cross-functional team environment.
