We are seeking an experienced AI-Driven Content Integration Developer (RAG app) to join our innovative team. This role will be pivotal in designing, developing, and deploying the backend infrastructure and APIs crucial to our application, which leverages advanced artificial intelligence techniques for content integration and generation. Java & Groovy experience is mandatory.

Responsibilities:

Lead the development of a scalable and robust backend architecture tailored to support AI-driven content integration within our application.
Develop efficient APIs that facilitate seamless communication between the application’s frontend and its AI-enhanced backend, optimizing for performance and user experience.
Collaborate closely with our AI research and development team to integrate cutting-edge APIs, particularly in Python and java and groovy, maximizing the application’s capabilities in AI-driven content generation and integration.
Engage in all phases of the application development lifecycle, focusing on coding, debugging, and system design.
Drive optimization efforts to enhance application performance and scalability, while ensuring a seamless UI/UX design implementation.
Ensure data integrity and security, staying abreast of emerging technologies and methodologies in AI and software development to continually enhance application performance.
Qualifications:

Proven expertise as an application developer, with a strong proficiency in Python and java and groovy, and experience with database management systems.
Familiarity with AI technologies, particularly in content generation and integration, with a willingness to deep dive into OpenAI’s APIs and similar technologies.
Prior involvement with AI research teams, showcasing a robust grasp of integrating AI into practical applications.
Exceptional problem-solving abilities, capable of both autonomous work and collaborative efforts within a diverse team.
Effective communication skills for bridging technical details with broader team objectives, facilitating smooth collaborations across departments.
