Perform deep analysis of current Drupal architecture, content model, templates, styles, and functionality.
Create a detailed migration plan and timeline for the move to HubSpot CMS.
Export all content, assets, taxonomy, menus, and configurations from Drupal site.
Recreate site architecture, content types, templates, and stylesheets within HubSpot CMS using HubL, HTML, CSS.
Code any custom modules/components in HubSpot CMS to match legacy Drupal functionality.
Implement 301 redirects from old Drupal URLs to new HubSpot paths.
Import content in staged batches to HubSpot without data loss.
Optimize site speed and performance on HubSpot hosting infrastructure.
Fix any issues with broken links, content imports, and configurations.
Map updated customer journeys and conversion paths to inform site architecture.
Redesign site with a conversion-focused user experience.
Create wireframes, style guide, and components for the redesign.
Implement tracking to gauge performance of customer journeys and conversions.
Utilize the hubspot staging/sandbox environment for testing and approvals of key page elements
Thoroughly test the rebuilt HubSpot site across all templates and pages.
Provide guidance for long-term management of HubSpot CMS site.
Requirements:
3+ years professional Drupal development experience
3+ years HubSpot CMS experience
Expertise in Drupal custom modules, and migrations
Strong HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive web design skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Great project management and communication skills
Diligent attention to detail and quality assurance
