We are seeking an experienced WordPress developer to create an initial website for our staffing agency using existing content on a WordPress template. The ideal candidate will have expertise in customizing WordPress themes and experience working on staffing agency websites.

Responsibilities:

Develop a professional website for our staffing agency using existing content and a purchased WordPress template.
Customize the theme to align with our branding and design preferences.
Ensure the website is secure and optimized for performance.
Implement SEO best practices to improve search engine visibility.
Collaborate closely with the hiring manager (main point of contact) to ensure the project meets expectations and deadlines.
Provide regular updates on progress and address any feedback or revisions promptly.
Ensure the website is responsive and compatible with various devices and browsers.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a WordPress developer, preferably with expertise in staffing agency websites.
Familiarity with customizing WordPress themes and plugins.
Strong understanding of website security measures, preferably experience with Cloudflare.
Proficiency in SEO techniques and strategies.
Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
Ability to work in the Central Standard Timezone and provide responsive communication via email or shared screen.
