I am seeking a highly skilled and experienced freelancer who specializes in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), WordPress, and WooCommerce to assist in both understanding and setting up advanced tracking and analytics features for my website. This role is not only about implementing but also about teaching; I am looking for someone who can guide me through the process, ensuring I comprehend the setups and can independently manage and build upon the work in the future.

Key Qualifications:
1)Fluent in English: You should be able to communicate complex concepts clearly and concisely without a strong accent to ensure effective learning and collaboration.
2)Expertise in GA4, GTM, WordPress, and WooCommerce: Demonstrable experience with setting up and optimizing these tools is essential.
3)Availability: Must be available during business hours in GMT+1 timezone for live sessions and ad-hoc questions.
4)Educational Approach: Willingness to adopt a teacher role, patiently explaining processes and answering questions to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the tools and strategies implemented.

Responsibilities:
1) Educational Support:
Conduct training sessions on GA4, including setup nuances, data interpretation, and report building.
Offer detailed explanations and walkthroughs via Zoom on every step of the implementation process.

2)GA4 and WordPress Setup:
Assist in enhancing GA4 and GTM configurations to include e-commerce events tracking.
Develop insightful dashboards to visualize customer navigation patterns on the website.
Implement necessary changes in WordPress and WooCommerce for seamless data tracking and synchronization.
Enable tracking for brand, product, and category performance, as well as site area effectiveness.

3)Email Marketing Integration:
Ensure comprehensive tracking of an email marketing campaign created in Freshsales within GA4.
Create a dashboard that simplifies the optimization of marketing emails based on GA4 insights.
Adjust marketing email URLs for accurate tracking in GA4.
