Job Description
We are seeking an experienced AI-Powered Telephony & Messaging Bot Developer to create a sophisticated system capable of handling phone calls and messaging with the finesse of human interaction. This role involves leveraging advanced AI, natural language processing (NLP), and telephony integration to develop a bot that can understand and respond to customer needs effectively, schedule appointments, and follow up on missed calls via SMS or WhatsApp. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI development, experience with telephony APIs, and a passion for enhancing customer experience through technology.

Responsibilities
Develop an AI-powered bot capable of answering phone calls, understanding customer inquiries, and taking appropriate actions such as booking appointments.
Integrate the bot with telephony services to ensure seamless operation across traditional phone systems and VoIP.
Implement an SMS/WhatsApp messaging system to automatically contact customers who leave missed calls, offering them an easy way to book appointments or receive information about services.
Utilize NLP and machine learning to enable the bot to understand and respond to a wide range of customer queries accurately.
