I need to have a freelancer (could also become full time after 2-3 months if we work GREAT together) who can manage tasks related to the platform. We don’t need much frontend work, it is primarily backend tasks related but a full stack dev will be appreciated.

We work with Elementor and Crocoblock, but you won’t really need to work with these as we will be handling the frontend.

Such tasks can be things like troubleshooting bugs and fixing them, create custom code for various things either through functions.php file or a whole plugin if required. You need to be very knowledgeable in wordpress and Woocommerce development.

I need to have someone that I can rely on and who can deal with issues same day. I don’t mean actually fixing them same day because I understand some tasks take longer to complete, but certainly I mean to be able to handle tasks on a very short notice.

If you already have various clients and need 2+ days to do tasks, please DO NOT APPLY as our tasks need quick attention.

I have stated a hourly budget but WE DO NOT WORK with hourly rate. We will pre-determine the cost of EACH task, and proceed accordingly.

What I am looking at is someone with experience, so we can grow together with my clients. If you do manage to cope well and we have good communication and cooperation between us, we can agree on a MONTHLY parttime or even fulltime salary through upwork.
