Your Role
You’ll enhance our product, focusing on back end functionality, reliability, and security. A key early task is refining our legacy codebase, helping us clear a backlogged pipeline quickly, showcasing your problem-solving and system optimization skills. Ideal Candidate
– SaaS platform experience and effective under CTO leadership.
– Passion for health and wellness, with insight into fitness tech.
– Proficient in modernizing legacy code and developing scalable solutions.
– Expertise in PHP, Laravel, MySQL, Google Cloud/AWS, automated workflows, cron jobs, API integrations, and unit testing.
– Knowledgeable in calendar systems, timezone logic, email software with conditional logic, and complex workflows.
– Experienced with Mailgun, Sendgrid, AWS SES, Stripe API, Twilio, and WhatsApp.
– Excellent English communication skills, for productive team dialogues across time zones.
– Can join morning stand-ups via Zoom or Google Meet with your camera on, in the USA Eastern Time zone.
– MUST OPERATE FULLY IN Eastern USA time zone. 9am-5pm
– Capable of high quality backend development.
– Driven to create clean, reliable, validated, and user-friendly software, using GPT prompts for UI language and validations.
– Autonomous, thriving in minimal context scenarios.
– Open to seeking clarity, asking questions, voicing concerns, and valuing authenticity over pleasing.
