adminThis library will be used in an animation tool (like an (a) easy-to-use and (b) web-collaborative alternative to Adobe After Effects for UI animation). The interface is similar to Figma. So we intend to parse the SVG such that we can translate it into designer-oriented properties, like those in the Figma sidebar.
I have attached a draft of the target JSON schema. We require a well unit-tested parser that can reliably translate SVG’s into the target JSON.
We intend to test the parser against several hundred SVG’s exported from Figma, and also several hundred different SVG’s imported from random sources.
We will update the draft JSON to a finalized target prior to beginning the project. However, the finalized schema will be very similar to the attached draft.
We would like to complete this project within 2-weeks.
Our engineering team is based in Taiwan. Though you will work mostly independently, you should be available for at least one or two calls during Taiwan work hours.
