We are seeking an experienced automation workflow developer to create a seamless process that automatically retrieves CSV files from specific emails, processes them through ChatGPT for analysis or transformation, and finally exports the processed data into our Notion workspace. This system will streamline our data analysis and reporting process, enabling our team to access and utilize information more efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Set up an automation system to monitor and retrieve CSV attachments from designated email addresses.
• Develop a script or use an existing tool to parse and format CSV data for processing with ChatGPT.
• Integrate with the OpenAI API to send data to ChatGPT and retrieve the processed information.
• Create a secure and efficient method to export and organize the processed data into specific Notion pages or databases.
• Ensure the entire workflow is secure, with particular attention to handling sensitive email data and API keys.
• Provide documentation and training for the team on how to use and troubleshoot the automation system.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong experience with email automation tools (e.g., Zapier, IFTTT) and email APIs.
• Proficient in Python, especially in using libraries like pandas for data manipulation and openai for API interactions.
• Experience with the Notion API and automating data entry into Notion workspaces.
• Knowledge of secure programming practices, especially in handling sensitive data and authentication tokens.
• Ability to write clear, maintainable code and documentation.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Experience with cloud functions (e.g., AWS Lambda, Google Cloud Functions) is a plus.
