Job Description:
We are seeking a creative and skilled Squarespace Web Page Builder to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative web design solutions for our business needs. You will play a key role in the design, layout, and coding of our website, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.

Key Responsibilities:
– Design and build web pages using Squarespace platform.
– Implement change requests and design mockups.
– Ensure website functionality and usability.
– Maintain, expand, and scale our site as required.
– Create website layout/user interface by using standard HTML/CSS practices.
– Integrate data from various back-end services and databases if needed.
– Create and maintain software documentation.
– Collaborate with web designers to match visual design intent.
– Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them into operations and activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
– Proven working experience in web programming and Squarespace platform.
– Top-notch programming skills and in-depth knowledge of modern HTML/CSS.
– Familiarity with at least one of the following programming languages: PHP, ASP.NET, JavaScript or Ruby on Rails.
– A solid understanding of how web applications work including security, session management, and best development practices.
– Adequate knowledge of relational database systems, Object-Oriented Programming, and web application development.
– Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn rapidly, and master diverse web technologies and techniques.
– BS in computer science or a related field is preferred.

Hourly Range: $5.00-$8.00
