Looking for a highly skilled developer that is available during PST timezone to assist my website / marketing agency.

I would need you to be able to:

-Communicate well in english.
-Understand complex code and develop with code, elementor and divi.
-Replicate designs & animations created from figma into worpdress websites exactly as design.
-Create plug-ins, themes and make adjustment to complex sites.
-Integrate external programs to work in conjuction with our websites.
-Be able to use Chat GPT to develop basic copy for websites we are developing from scratch.
-Be detailed and know what a live website needs to look like before delivering.

It would be great if you could: (please let me know whic of these you can do so I know)

-Package designs and websites as a template to be able to resell on marketplaces such as envato and themeforest
-Create custom plugins to be able to resell.
-Create Apps.
-Graphic Design
-Web Design with Figma
