We’ve created a chatbot using flask using a Python script for the backend and a simple pop-up chat interface for user queries. The Python script has been refined to detect keywords from user questions. These keywords are then matched with a MySQL database containing preset answers to provide responses to users.

We are looking for individuals to enhance the chatbot’s capabilities, perhaps by integrating SpaCy or another NER tool. This could improve the chatbot’s ability to generate specific responses and expand its resource base to maintain relevance in conversations. Currently, there are instances where the chatbot struggles to identify keywords.

Hourly Range: $3.00-$30.00
