We are looking for a highly experienced Magento 2 development team. We prefer a company with a proven track record, as the work will be for a corporate website.

A couple of things to mention:

– The developer should be able to resolve any and 99% of the errors thrown by Magento 2.
– They should be capable of customizing email templates, as that is one of the tasks we have at hand.
– They should know how to create custom payment modules, like a UPS module to auto calculate the shipping rate based on the postal code, etc.

Strictly no outsourcing companies, please. We are looking for a reputable Magento development company that employs in-house developers.

These are some of the tasks we have at hand, but there will be more projects and ad-hoc needs, since we just migrated from Magento 1 to Magento 2.
