I need a simple flutter app built that can take a photo of the user’s receipt, or upload an image of a receipt. It should display the receipt image, and allow me to tap on certain parts of the image to highlight text within the receipt.

The app will need to have a simple form that allows me to enter my name, phone number, and email address before submitting the receipt. The app should also store the data entered in a database.

There is also a basic functional prototype of the app that I can provide as a starting point, but it needs to be rebuilt and improved. I am looking for someone who is experienced with building apps using Flutter and can help me bring this idea to life.
