We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced developer to join our team. As an Experienced Developer, you will play a pivotal role in the design, development, and maintenance of our software projects. Your expertise will contribute to the success of our initiatives, ensuring high-quality code and exceptional user experiences.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for software projects.
Design, develop, and implement robust and scalable software solutions.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in accordance with industry best practices.
Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards.
Troubleshoot and debug issues, and provide timely resolutions.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and incorporate them into projects when applicable.
Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, from planning and design to deployment and maintenance.
Mentor junior developers and assist in their professional growth.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. (Master’s degree preferred)
Proven experience (X years) as a software developer, with a strong portfolio of projects.
Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, C++, or JavaScript.
Solid understanding of software development methodologies and principles.
Experience with front-end and/or back-end development frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Spring, Django).
Knowledge of database technologies such as SQL, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Understanding of DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins).
Certifications in relevant technologies or frameworks.
