About Us:
We’re a small startup on a path to enable SMB to encourage Generative AI in their workforce to boost productivity while placing a perimeter around their data and track AI customer engagement.

Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Developer to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of API integration, Language Models, and Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) principles. This role involves working on two distinct projects:

A mobile application that interfaces with an API to import user information and manage insurance claims for brokers.
A dashboard that facilitates engaging conversations and AI workflows between users and their company data.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain API integrations with a strong focus on reliability and scalability.
Apply expertise in Language Models and RAG principles to enhance application functionalities.
Develop and implement mobile applications with seamless API connectivity for real-time data access.
Collaborate with the team to design user-centric interfaces for both the mobile application and dashboard.
Ensure all developments are fully compatible and optimally configured for the Azure hosting environment.
Provide regular updates and maintain open communication with the project team, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.

Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in API integration and management.
Strong understanding of Language Models, specifically OpenAI’s technologies, and RAG principles.
Experience in developing mobile applications, with a portfolio of deployed apps.
Proficient with cloud hosting services, particularly Azure.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Git).
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Commitment:

This is a part-time position, requiring 5-10 hours of development work per week.
Flexibility in work hours, prioritizing project milestones and deliverables.
