We are seeking a skilled freelance MERN (stack developer to join our team and assist in the development of a web-based (SAAS) platform. The platform aims to streamline document handling, contract filling, and analysis through the integration of cutting-edge technologies such as Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Optical Character Recognition (OCR). Most of the work is done already. We would want you to take over the project, solve the existing bugs, and also implement the missing functionalities.

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the project team to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Develop backend APIs using Node.js and Express.js for document processing, user authentication, and data management.
Design and implement frontend components using React.js for an intuitive user interface.
Integrate third-party services and APIs for NLP processing and OCR capabilities.
Ensure the scalability, security, and performance of the platform by implementing best practices and appropriate architectural patterns.
Conduct thorough testing, including unit tests and integration tests, to validate the functionality and reliability of the system.

Requirements:
Proficiency in MERN stack development; include your previous works, please.
Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, with expertise in React.js for front-end development.
Experience building RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js, with knowledge of authentication mechanisms (e.g., JWT).
Familiarity with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases for data storage and manipulation.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote team environment.
