Position Overview:
As our Technical Co-founder, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of fintech by leveraging your expertise in Blockchain and Artificial Intelligence. This role is perfect for someone who has a proven track record in the fintech industry and is looking to impact the world positively. You’ll be diving into the technical intricacies of our product while steering the company towards its mission. Equity and a competitive salary are on the table for a candidate ready to pioneer next-generation financial solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
– Lead the technological vision and development of the Purvey platform, ensuring robustness, scalability, and security.
– Implement innovative blockchain and AI solutions that enhance business credit processes and user experience.
– Collaborate with the founding team to refine product strategy, set technical priorities, and drive product development.
– Engage with potential customers and stakeholders to validate product features and market fit.
– Build and manage a high-performing technical team to support the platform’s growth and evolution.
– Oversee the technological infrastructure to support scale, managing technical resources efficiently.
– Guide the company through technical due diligence and contribute to fundraising efforts, including pitching to venture capitalists and angel investors.
– Stay abreast of new technological trends, fintech regulations, and best practices to keep the platform innovative and compliant.

Requirements:
– Proven experience in the Fintech industry, preferably with a focus on blockchain and artificial intelligence.
– Previous CTO or senior technical leadership role in a startup environment, ideally with experience raising venture funding.
– Strong understanding of blockchain technology, smart contracts, consensus algorithms, and cryptographic principles.
– Experience in developing AI-driven applications and data analytics platforms.
– Excellent leadership and team-building skills, with a track record of attracting, hiring, and mentoring top-tier engineering talent.
– Entrepreneurial mindset, with a passion for creating innovative solutions that address significant market needs.
– Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of conveying complex technical concepts to non-technical team members and investors.
– Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; advanced degree preferred.
