We are seeking a highly skilled AI specialist to develop a tool designed to automate and streamline our real estate investment process for raw land. We need a robust solution that can perform daily searches on Zillow to find properties matching our specific investment criteria.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement an AI-driven tool that conducts daily automated searches on Zillow for potential land to buy.
Integrate Zillow’s web data with a separate API to pull parcel information for each property identified.
Implement an AI algorithm capable of visually analyzing the merged property and parcel data to assess whether a property meets our basic predefined investment criteria.
Ensure the tool is user-friendly for my team to use.
Provide technical support and updates for the tool, ensuring its reliability and accuracy over time.
Required Skills and Experience:

Proven experience in AI, particularly in developing tools for data aggregation, analysis, and decision-making.
Strong programming skills in relevant languages and experience with AI and machine learning libraries and frameworks.
Experience integrating and working with APIs to pull data from external sources.
Knowledge of real estate data and familiarity with platforms like Zillow is highly desirable.
Ability to translate complex business requirements into effective technical solutions.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
