— Summary —
Need a brand new, custom WordPress theme developed from design files we provide (see attached files for reference).

— General Requirements —
The functionality needed is light, but we have a few requirements:
– Custom, lightweight theme
– Minimal plugins or external code libraries
– Fully responsive
– Fast-loading (clean code)

I’d prefer using ACF Blocks as needed to build out the custom-styled content blocks you see in the design files. No elementor or anything like that. Let’s keep it minimal, performant and stable.

All CSS should be located within theme files; no dumping styles in the customizer. Any admin UI should be done with ACF or using native WP admin options.

— Development Process —
I have a lot of WordPress website development and Upwork experience, so please only apply if you can execute on the above. I’ll do code reviews at each milestone to ensure we don’t waste time.

We will purchase any/all licenses needed (e.g. ACF Pro, Yoast, etc.) and provide a development/staging environment. I’d like consistent quick check-ins on progress or calls to clarify expectations if you need it.

If you’re interested in the project, include your experience with ACF (WP plugin) in your response to help me sort through automated applications.

After estimating the timeline and scope of work together, I’d prefer to agree on a fixed rate to make things fast and simple on both of us. Let me know if you have any questions or concerns.
