For this job, you will construct a website which serves as a informational resource for people looking to discover and learn about AI tools.  

The website itself will have three main functions:
1) A database of AI tools – see https://futurepedia.io, https://easywithai.com, or https://supertools.therundown.ai for example
2) A host for an AI newsletter – see https://therundown.ai for example
3) A place for companies to post AI jobs and people to apply – see https://jobs.therundown.ai

More Details
1) Tools Database – I will give a list of 3 websites to scrape existing tool data from into an excel.  From this list, I will rewrite the key fields I want to be included in my tools database, and add more tools as appropriate. You will then need to import the csv I’ve created to fill the tools database that will be shown on the website. There will need for functionality to import and add additional tools periodically
2) Newsletter – Set up https://www.beehiiv.com/ and a newsletter in the format I specify and integrating so all the newsletters and their content are accessible native on my website.  You’ll also need to create functionality that can use Grok AI to search for and summarize top news stories daily.  This will be the basis for the newsletter articles.
3) Jobs – Play around with the reference website, I would like to recreate all the functionality shown there including but not limited to employer / jobseeker accounts, jobs database, company profile view.

Additional Notes / Requirements:
1) Will need to be green (90-100 score) in each of the categories measured by pagespeed insights  (https://pagespeed.web.dev/) including Core Web Vitals, Performance, Accessibility, Best Practices, SEO
2) Will need to be both desktop and mobile friendly
3) Will need to meet or beat the performance of competitor websites
4) Will need to install functionality to allow auto posting of newsletter posts to X / Facebook / LinkedIn
5) I have complete UI design available and ready to share upon hiring

You will need to use beehiiv to get a newsletter setup and integrated into the website.
