I’ve owned and operated my little test prep company in Singapore for many years.  We set up with Network Solutions and Bluehost like 20 years ago and then about 10 years ago my former employee ported the design to Squarespace with the hosting still at Bluehost, with email hosted there as well.  This was working largely just fine until about 48 hours ago.

For some reason, the site crashed on Sunday night my time and Bluehost completely fumbled the fix.  After three engagements on chat they effectively killed the new site and brought back the 2015 version that was on WordPress via Network Solutions (I think).  They had the gall to send me an email saying "job done, thank you."

I hopped on and changed some of the settings in Bluehost to port it back to the Squarespace design but frankly am not that technical and I can’t grok how to get rid of the security warning.  Need that sorted first.

Obviously, no more business to Bluehost after this clown show so I also want to move the hosting to Squarespace and also the email to the Squarespace/Google option – while saving the email database (gigs and gigs).

So, order of attack:

– Get site up and viewable

– Switch hosting to Squarespace

– Move email hosting to Squarespace/Google

At this point, I don’t want any support for design/content of the site.  I update it a few times a week myself and the help I need now is strictly back-end to get the shop window functionally open again and then assist with the transition.  It is not a thing of beauty but it is functional and up until 2 days ago got the job done.

Please advise rough estimates of cost and time frame.

Hourly Range: $16.00-$75.00
