We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Cypress Automation Developer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing automated tests to ensure the quality and functionality of our web applications. You will work closely with our development team to integrate automated testing into our CI/CD pipeline, contributing to the delivery of high-quality software products.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop automated test scripts using Cypress.
Integrate automated testing into the CI/CD pipeline to facilitate continuous testing.
Collaborate with the development team to understand requirements and implement effective testing strategies.
Identify, document, and track bugs and issues through to resolution.
Optimize testing processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
Contribute to the improvement of test automation frameworks and tools.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in automated testing.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Cypress Automation Developer or in a similar role.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript and familiarity with front-end development frameworks.
Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) processes.
Understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
Ability to write clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills:
Experience with other automated testing frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Jest).
Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git.
Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker.
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.

Hourly Range: $50.00-$100.00
