I currently have an iOS app developed by a worker from Upwork, which I would like to have made into an Android app.

The functionality includes:

– Free download from the Google Play store
– Create an account with an email and mobile number
– Browse a selection of audio tracks, displayed with an image and text description
– Buy a particular track either as an in-app purchase or by redeeming a code from a physical voucher
– API integration with Keap (our CRM/email marketing platform)
– Play the track through an in-app player, complete with full functionality for headphones, etc.

This project will require a number of things:

1) CODING – this needs to be coded to high standards to work fast, efficiently and reliably. You’ll need experience in the various elements of this (like camera roll back up) as I’ll be asking for evidence of these.

2) HOSTING – we’ll need your advice and guidance on what kind of server to use. The iOS app is built on Firebase, so if we can use this without any consequence on the existing app, this would be ideal.

3) INTEGRATIONS – this needs to work neatly with our email marketing platform to add the user to our list in Keap. They have an open API that you can use.

4) STRONG COMMUNICATION – this is essential to us. We’ll work via Slack and will require daily updates on progress as well as answers to our (many!) questions along the way.

5) FAST WORK – we are on a tight turnaround for this project and would like to have it live and in the Google Play Store by the end of April 2023, so working fast is essential.

6) DESIGN – we will have each of the screens in the app professional designed so you will not need to do the design, you will only need to do the build, test, launch and maintainence.
