Additionally, although the system is functional, several modules need to be added, such as: users who have joined an invitation, a timer, alerts at regular intervals, etc. One of the most important missing modules is the interaction with Microsoft Teams. When logging in, the groups should be identified and each new post should be displayed in Teams as well. The system is for IT outage management.
