The website fixes include:

1)  Implement the recommendations from Google PageSpeed Insights which include:
● Remove unused JavaScript
● Remove unused CSS
● Minify JavaScript
● Properly size images
● Reduce JavaScript execution time

2)  Making image links ‘no follow’

3)  Ensure all pages have a single valid head element with appropriate metadata for the document that is the first element in the html element.

The developer must have an excellent past record, and be able to provide examples of similar web development tasks they have previously delivered.
