During his first visit to North Korea in 24 years, Russia President Vladimir Putin delivered a landmark speech and signed a significant partnership pact with North Korean leader Kim Jong Un. During the visit, Putin revealed a NATO-like mutual defence clause and spoke about future military-technical cooperation which could be a hint at aiding North Korea’s missile and space endeavours. The Russian leader also issued an open warning to Western powers from North Korean soil, which came after Kim publicly supported Russia’s actions in Ukraine. Watch the full video for more.
