Position Overview: We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UX/UI Designer to play a key role in shaping the user experience and interface of our ecommerce SaaS platform. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating seamless and visually appealing experiences that meet the evolving needs of our diverse user base.

Responsibilities:
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and marketers to understand user requirements and business objectives.
– Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces for our ecommerce SaaS platform, ensuring a seamless and visually appealing experience across web and mobile platforms.
– Conduct user research, user testing, and analysis to gather insights and inform design decisions.
– Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design concepts and interactions.
– Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback, industry best practices, and emerging trends.
– Maintain and evolve our design system and style guides to ensure consistency and scalability across all products and features.

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
– Proven experience (5 years) as a UX/UI Designer, preferably in the – E-commerce or SaaS industry.
– Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or equivalent.
– Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards.
– Experience conducting user research, user testing, and analysis to inform design decisions.
– Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively articulate design concepts and rationale.
– A portfolio showcasing a strong foundation in UX/UI design, with examples of E-commerce or SaaS projects preferred.
