We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated full-stack developer with a strong background in Python, Flask, and bot development for Telegram and Discord. Our project involves a sophisticated backend system, a user-friendly web panel for admin control, and advanced bot functionality that forwards information between Telegram channels and Discord via webhooks. Our system also features a subscription model for users, providing them access to specific channels. The codebase is currently undergoing refactoring to adhere to DRY, SOLID, and OOP principles for improved architecture and maintainability.

Key Responsibilities:

โ€“ ๐Ÿง  Rapidly understand and integrate with our existing Python Flask backend, frontend, and bot systems.
โ€“ ๐Ÿ›  Implement bug fixes and feature enhancements, prioritizing reliability and performance.
โ€“ ๐ŸŽจ Advance the refactoring process to streamline the architecture and codebase.
โ€“ ๐Ÿณ Work within Docker and development containers in VSCode for consistent development environments.
โ€“ ๐Ÿ“ˆ Participate in sprint planning, contribute to story point estimates, and assist in planning releases.
โ€“ ๐Ÿ“ฃ Communicate daily on progress, plans, and blockers through standups or written updates.

Required Skills and Experience:

โ€“ ๐Ÿ’ป Proven experience in full-stack development with a focus on Python and Flask.
โ€“ ๐Ÿ Strong knowledge of Docker and VSCode dev containers.
โ€“ ๐Ÿค– Familiarity with Telegram and Discord bot development, including webhook integration.
โ€“ ๐Ÿ“˜ Proficiency in a wide range of libraries such as aiogram, aiohttp, Flask, and Discord-webhook, telethon, and other python libraries.
