We are backed by larger corporation – yet for this project there will be just few of us. You gonna be talking to me and to CEO directly.

We are looking for someone who can be my right hand for a while and eventually lead the backend development.

Im looking for ambitions, ego, skill, yet I need someone who can control himself be team-player and deliver. Ideally someone who doesn’t have life and is willing to work long hours 😄.

You read the title, so requirements:

– You have few years of backend development.
– Postgres and node was few years of your life, listen I will understand if you are lying.
– You know other languages – python, golang, ruby, node, java.
– OpenAPI, GRPC, REST must sound boring to you, yet you love it.
– You designed databases in past, there was more then just 20 tables.
– You’ve been working with postgresT before, and you know plpgsql well
– You used docker, git, k8n, linux. Don’t apply if you never heard of linux or you are using windows for web development.

If you know you can do backend and you can do it well and push through, please lets talk.

Im expecting hard work. However I do offer things:

– You gonna gain plenty of experience. We have people who are various backgrounds, including ML/AI, devops, frontend, mobile, even people doing marketing and ads.
– We offer good amount per hour.
– You gonna be talking to executives directly, no management bullshit.
– Longer you stay, and more good work you do, more we invest.
– Here is honesty and fair play.
– We let you implement your own ideas if you have good ones.
– And there is plenty of friendly people.

We are looking to take off MVP. You gonna start from existing codebase and your first job will be to write few API endpoints.
